2. About our services
Vectorweb Online Solutions provides two categories of service:
- Bizap — a self-serve business platform offering website building, chatbot, lead management, CRM, appointments, and automations as a subscription service.
- Custom Solutions — bespoke digital products, websites, business tools, and AI-assisted workflow automation built under a separate project agreement.
Custom projects are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or contract) agreed upon before work begins. These Terms apply to your general use of this website and enquiry process.
3. Use of this website
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via the contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this website without our written permission
4. Contact form submissions
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you are initiating a business conversation. Submitting the form does not constitute a contract, a commitment on our part to provide services, or any financial obligation on either side.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries within a few business hours, but response times are not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Vectorweb Online Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without explicit written permission.
For custom projects, ownership of deliverables is defined in the individual project agreement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, full ownership transfers to the client upon final payment.

7. Limitation of liability
